Lea-lou Girod

MLitt Researcher

I am a MLitt Philosophy student on The St Andrews and Stirling Graduate programme in Philosophy (SASP). For my MLitt dissertation, I am currently working on why individuals trust the memory of others in their interactions in the absence of any real control they might have over it and knowing the selective and constructive aspect of it. I try not to consider the selective and constructive nature of memory solely as a defect of memory, but also to take into account its usefulness in our interaction with the world and individuals around us.
